Thompsons Plant Hire Ltd have recently completed a restoration project in Peel Place Quarry, Gosforth in conjunction with the current owner Tendley Quarries Limited. Part of the quarry has now been restored back to farmland, a new one way road system has also been put in place for safer working around the quarries stocking areas.
